You probably will get faster (and better) results mixing your stuff from Starbucks with some "store bought" cheap coffee with a regular grind. (Try a one to one ratio to start... and don't do it to your whole bag.) This will give the water some wiggle room. Most home espresso making machines really should be using a medium grind... there's just not enough pressure behind the water in a home machine.
